1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) 

African Women Agribusiness Network Uganda (AWAN) kindly requests your quotation for the supply of value addition equipment for Ground Nuts and soybeans as described in the specification table below.

3. Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Certificate of incorporation
2. Trading license
3. Evidence of previous work from at least 3 clients in the last 2 years 
4. Evidence of owning a bank account 

4. Quotation Validity Period 

Quotations shall remain valid for 90 Days from the deadline for the Submission of the Quotation.  Please note that this will be a fixed price contract, price escalation is not applicable under this RFQ.

5. Partial Quotations: Firms are allowed to make partial quotations for items they are interested in supplying. The same eligibility criteria apply whether making partial or full quotations. 

6. Payment Terms: Upon supply of all the agreed equipment as per the supply contract.

8. Deadline for Submission of Quotations: 25 JUNE 2024, 05:00 PM EAT

9. Expected date for Contract Award: 27^th JUNE 2024
